You have a proven track record in corporate development, with at least 10 years of experience in strategic planning and partnership management. Your background includes leading M&A initiatives and developing long-term growth strategies that align with company objectives. You possess strong analytical skills and can identify market opportunities that drive business growth. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You are adept at navigating complex business environments and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You understand the health and fitness industry and are passionate about leveraging partnerships to enhance product offerings and user engagement.
What you'll do
As the VP of Corporate Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing Flo's corporate development strategy in close collaboration with the CFO and executive leadership team. You will lead the identification and structuring of commercial partnerships that enhance product value and drive user growth. This includes managing a pipeline of potential acquisitions and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision. You will analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities. Your role will involve setting up and maintaining a commercial partnerships landscape, focusing on product integrations and distribution partnerships. You will also be responsible for reporting on progress and outcomes to the CFO and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with corporate goals.
