Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and bring over 3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within the B2B sector. Your expertise lies in developing and executing targeted business development strategies that drive revenue growth. You excel at cultivating and expanding relationships with institutional clients, ensuring long-term business success. You stay ahead of industry trends and competitor positioning, effectively communicating your organization's unique value proposition. You are a strategic thinker who can identify new market opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize client engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take on a strategic leadership position, spearheading high-impact business development initiatives. You will lead end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, across the Corporate sector. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth by developing and executing targeted business development strategies. You will cultivate and expand relationships with institutional clients, ensuring long-term business success. Additionally, you will identify new market opportunities and tailor Guidepointβs solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize client engagement, managing high-impact projects as needed to support business expansion.
