Who you are
You have over 3 years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments. Your expertise includes managing campaigns across social channels such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat, as well as Google Ads. You are adept at planning, executing, and scaling user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on performance metrics. You thrive on monitoring and optimizing account structures, bidding models, and audience segmentation to drive incremental growth. Your analytical skills allow you to generate insights from performance data, proactively identifying areas of opportunity for improvement. Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations is second nature to you. You are also skilled in producing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussions within your team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing user acquisition campaigns for Flo Health's app, focusing on performance-driven strategies. You will collaborate closely with analytics, creative, and social teams to enhance paid acquisition efforts.
