Who you are
You have 2+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments — you've successfully driven user growth through innovative strategies and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. Your expert-level experience managing campaigns in social channels like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat has equipped you with the skills to optimize for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
Your strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, allow you to generate insights from performance data and proactively identify areas of opportunity. You stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations, ensuring that your strategies are always aligned with the latest best practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling web user acquisition campaigns across various Paid Social channels. Your focus will be on driving incremental growth through a performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation. You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to create effective landing pages and campaign assets that resonate with your target audience.
You will generate insights from performance data, using these insights to inform your strategies and optimize campaigns for better results. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for growth, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user acquisition efforts.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also stay informed about industry trends and platform updates, adapting your strategies to meet the changing landscape of digital marketing.
