Who you are

You have 2+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments — you've successfully managed campaigns that drive significant user growth and understand the nuances of digital marketing. Your expert-level experience with social channels like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat has equipped you with the skills to optimize campaigns effectively.

Your analytical skills are strong, and you are proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets — you can generate insights from performance data and proactively identify areas of opportunity. You stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations, ensuring your strategies are always aligned with best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling web user acquisition campaigns across Paid Social channels — your focus will be on driving high-intent, converting traffic to achieve incremental growth. You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to create effective landing pages and campaign assets that resonate with users.

You will generate insights from performance data, using your analytical skills to identify opportunities for optimization and growth — your ability to analyze metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV will be crucial in refining campaign strategies. As you drive user acquisition efforts, you will also stay informed about industry trends and platform updates, adapting your strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
