Who you are
You have over 3 years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments. Your expertise includes managing campaigns on social channels such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat, as well as Google Ads. You understand the nuances of audience segmentation and bidding models, and you are adept at optimizing account structures to maximize performance.
You are data-driven and can generate insights from performance data, proactively identifying areas of opportunity for growth. Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations is second nature to you. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with analytics, creative, and social teams to boost paid acquisition efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling app user acquisition campaigns across various paid social channels. Your focus will be on performance, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for maximum impact. You will monitor and adjust account structures and bidding models to drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategies and rapid experimentation.
Collaboration is key in this position; you will work alongside analytics, creative, and social teams to enhance paid acquisition efforts. Regular performance reports will be part of your responsibilities, contributing to strategic discussions that shape the direction of user acquisition initiatives. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and privacy regulations, ensuring that your strategies remain compliant and effective.
