Who you are
You have experience in people operations, ideally within a tech or health-focused environment, and understand the nuances of managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You are well-versed in local employment laws and EU directives, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various teams, including Legal and HR Business Partners, to implement policies that support employee engagement and operational scale.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on employee experience. You understand the importance of data systems in people operations and are comfortable analyzing data to inform decision-making processes. Your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion aligns with Flo's values, and you are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
What you'll do
As the People Operations Partner, you will act as the primary contact for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, managing processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll inputs. You will ensure that all operations adhere to local employment laws and internal policies, collaborating closely with the Legal and HR teams to maintain compliance. Your role will involve participating in performance and reward cycles, administering data flows, and analyzing data to support decision-making.
You will also be responsible for organizing social events and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a sense of community within the organization. By ensuring clarity and support in people processes, you will enable teams to operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to Flo's mission of building a better future for female health. Your insights and expertise will help shape the people operations strategy as Flo continues to grow and innovate in the digital health space.
