Who you are

You have at least 3 years of proven experience in scaling B2C applications, particularly in the health and wellness sector. Your expertise lies in designing and developing effective app onboarding user experiences that drive user engagement and retention. You have demonstrated leadership skills, successfully spearheading projects and managing teams to achieve project goals. Your proficiency in A/B testing and user research allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user experiences. You are comfortable working closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and QA teams, ensuring that all aspects of the onboarding process are seamless and effective. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for articulating strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager on the Flo Onboarding team, you will contribute to the development and execution of activation strategies for one of the top wellness and fitness apps globally. You will work closely with company leadership to define the onboarding experience, ensuring it aligns with user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions and improve the onboarding process. You will leverage analytics data to track user engagement and identify areas for improvement, implementing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize the onboarding experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will coordinate efforts between engineering, design, and research to deliver a cohesive onboarding experience. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and reporting on the performance of onboarding initiatives, ensuring that the team meets its goals and contributes to the overall success of the app.
