What you'll do

As the Manager of Enterprise Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading the implementation delivery function for FloQast’s Enterprise clients. You will oversee the execution of complex, multi-product implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role involves serving as a senior escalation point for any delivery challenges, providing guidance and support to your team as needed. You will also be accountable for the overall customer experience, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the implementation process. Additionally, you will monitor team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to help your consultants grow in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the delivery function as the company continues to expand its Enterprise offerings.
