What you'll do

As the Manager II in Professional Services, you will lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants, guiding them through the deployment of OpenGov solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer implementations are executed successfully, meeting both timelines and budget constraints. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure that all aspects of the implementation process are aligned with customer expectations. Your role will involve translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed.

In addition to project oversight, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will also engage with clients to understand their needs and provide insights that enhance the overall customer experience.
