What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Design, Operations, Product, and Engineering. You will help them navigate complexity and make high-quality decisions that impact the organization. Your responsibilities will include shaping organizational design, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and embedding strong performance and change practices across teams. You will work closely with leaders to ensure that the people strategy evolves alongside the business as it scales, providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's mission and values. Your role will involve coaching leaders on effective people management practices and facilitating discussions that drive engagement and performance. You will contribute to the development of talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
