What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the principal authority on FloQast's design system and platform-level experiences. You will lead the design efforts to create human-centered tools that automate repetitive tasks and provide real-time insights for accounting teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and engineers to define design requirements, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all design outputs meet high standards of quality and consistency, and you will advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization. Your role will involve creating and maintaining design documentation, as well as presenting design concepts to stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for your initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the future of FloQast's products, driving innovation and ensuring that design remains a core component of the company's strategy.
