What you'll do

As a Security Engineer at Fonoa, you will take ownership of the company's information and cybersecurity posture, continuously improving security measures across endpoints, identities, and SaaS tools. You will define, document, and maintain security protocols while building detection and incident response capabilities. Your role will involve enhancing visibility across systems and embedding security best practices throughout the organization. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT Support, Engineering, Legal, and People Ops, to ensure that Fonoa's systems, data, and personnel are well-protected. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing security training programs to educate employees on best practices and compliance requirements.
