As a Sales Coordinator, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting Sales Managers and ensuring that clients receive the best possible service. You have experience with Salesforce and Excel, which you use to manage data and assist with proposals. Your ability to interact with strategic partners and internal stakeholders makes you a key member of the team.
You understand the importance of customer support and are dedicated to helping clients navigate their onboarding process with Forbes Profile & Listmaker Voice products. Your proactive approach ensures that clients are fully utilizing their purchased benefits, and you excel at managing follow-ups and requests efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Sales Managers by providing assistance with lead lists and proposals. You will be responsible for clearing content for licensing and ensuring that all necessary information is updated in Salesforce and Excel trackers. Your role will involve interacting with clients to address their questions and assist with renewals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. You will manage a high volume of requests, demonstrating your ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a high level of service.
You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all sales processes run smoothly. Your contributions will help the Accolades team achieve its goals and maintain Forbes' reputation as a leader in the media industry. You will be expected to stay organized and communicate effectively with both clients and team members, fostering strong relationships that contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
