You have a strong background in customer success, with a passion for solving problems and building meaningful relationships with clients. You understand the importance of championing customer needs and ensuring they are reflected in product direction and services. Your technical acumen allows you to provide valuable guidance on AI solutions, helping customers maximize their value from the products.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to deliver viable solutions that meet customer requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams is essential in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of customer interactions with ease.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Forethought, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and our internal teams. You will lead scoping sessions to collect business requirements and ensure that customer needs are met throughout their journey with us. Your role will involve providing technical product enablement, demonstrating capabilities, and advising on best practices for integrating our AI solutions.

You will work closely with customers to guide them through adoption, expansion, and renewal phases, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include championing customer feedback and collaborating with product teams to reflect this in our offerings. You will also play a key role in fostering a low-ego company culture that values feedback and growth.
