What you'll do
As an Engagement Manager at Forethought, you will lead the onboarding process for newly signed customers, guiding them through the successful delivery of AI solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure that our technology meets their needs. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth implementations and address any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for tracking project progress and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the outcomes. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, helping them unlock the full potential of Forethoughtβs AI solutions. Your focus will be on driving efficiency and creating delightful support experiences for customers. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes, sharing insights and feedback with the team to enhance our offerings.
