Grammarly is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead high-complexity enterprise deployments of their AI productivity platform. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and ensure successful customer transitions. Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in leading enterprise deployments. You understand the complexities involved in managing timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and on time. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including onboarding managers and solution architects, is key to your success in this role.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey project updates and manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
As an Engagement Manager at Grammarly, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of enterprise deployments for the Superhuman product suite. This includes scoping and planning projects, managing timelines, and ensuring that all aspects of the deployment are executed smoothly. You will work closely with your project team, which includes an Onboarding Manager and a Solution Architect, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed proactively. Your role will also involve governance and stakeholder communication, keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout the process. You will play a critical role in ensuring that customers successfully transition to Customer Success Management, setting them up for long-term success with the Superhuman platform.
