Who you are
You have 4 to 18 months of experience as a Sales Development Representative, ideally in a startup environment where you've honed your skills in outbound sales. You are resilient and coachable, embracing feedback and learning from challenges to continuously improve your performance. Your curiosity drives you to research and understand technical buyers, allowing you to craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with potential clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are persistent in your efforts to engage with best-fit accounts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive a high volume of proactive, outbound prospect outreach through various channels including phone, email, and social media. You will work closely with Account Executives to strategically target and engage potential clients, ensuring that you meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales-qualified opportunity goals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating records within our CRM to ensure accurate documentation of your research and activities. You will also collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging and clearly articulate Forethought's value proposition to potential customers. Continuous training will be a part of your journey, helping you stay ahead of industry trends and improve your skills.
What we offer
