Who you are
You have a strong background in technical integration and customer success, ideally with experience in AI or related technologies. You understand how to drive account health and adoption, ensuring that customers realize the full potential of AI solutions. Your ability to identify new use cases and deliver measurable value is key to your success in this role.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with customer teams and internal stakeholders. You are adept at mapping workflows and leading configuration and enablement efforts, ensuring that customers are technically ready for deployment. Your experience in program management and customer advisory roles has equipped you with the skills necessary to influence product direction and enhance customer experiences.
What you'll do
As an AI Success Engineer, you will be the primary post-sales contact for OpenAI's most important customers. Your responsibilities will include driving account health and adoption, ensuring technical readiness, and identifying new use cases that showcase the value of OpenAI's platform. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
You will guide customers through the deployment process, overseeing configuration and enablement efforts while mapping workflows to align with their business objectives. Your role will involve leading strategic discussions with customers to identify high-impact use cases that can be implemented using OpenAI's technology. You will also be responsible for monitoring account health and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
