What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the calendars of the executive team, ensuring that their time is allocated effectively and that they are prepared for meetings and events. You will coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while also managing expenses and reimbursements. Your role will involve organizing team meetings, celebrations, and department-wide events, ensuring that everything runs without a hitch.

You will also be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate smooth operations. Your ability to anticipate needs and respond to changing priorities will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.
