What you'll do

As a Chemical Process Engineer at Formlabs, you will lead the scale-up of new resins and optimize equipment design to enhance production efficiency. Your role will involve process monitoring and troubleshooting, where you will identify issues and implement effective solutions. You will recommend improvements or redesigns for equipment and processes to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals.

You will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and maintenance teams to prepare premises for process improvement and equipment installation. Your expertise will help establish alternatives and costs for both new installations and modifications to equipment, ensuring that Formlabs remains at the forefront of manufacturing innovation. You will play a key role in building a culture of safety and continuous improvement, which is essential for the success of our manufacturing operations.

What we offer

At Formlabs, we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000—$115,000 USD, along with equity in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.
