You are a scientist or engineer with experience in polymer development, eager to innovate in the field of 3D printing. You have a strong understanding of materials science and are excited about the potential of additive manufacturing to unlock new applications across various industries, including engineering, consumer products, manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare. Your background equips you to establish structure-process-property relationships that are crucial for developing new materials. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product management, hardware, and software teams to push the boundaries of what can be achieved with 3D printing technology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and optimize complex photopolymer formulations to enhance the capabilities of additive manufacturing. You will lead the end-to-end transition of new materials from lab-scale concepts to commercial launch, ensuring that technology transfer and scale-up processes are seamless. Your work will involve establishing critical relationships between the structure of materials and their processing and performance characteristics, which is essential for advancing the state of 3D printing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the materials developed meet the needs of various applications and industries.
