You are a scientist or engineer with experience in polymer development, excited to innovate in the 3D printing industry. You have a strong background in materials science and are eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of what can be achieved with 3D printing technology. Your hands-on approach and problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges in materials development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about shaping the future of fabrication.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct research and develop world-class materials for 3D printing, taking projects from initial lab explorations to validation and commercialization. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure that new and existing materials print seamlessly and reliably on our hardware. Your responsibilities will include designing and performing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on material formulations to meet the needs of various industries such as engineering, consumer products, automotive, and healthcare. You will also engage in cross-functional teamwork, working alongside product management to align material development with market needs and customer expectations.
