Who you are

You are a scientist or engineer with a strong background in polymer development, eager to innovate in the 3D printing industry. You have experience conducting research and developing materials from initial lab explorations to validation and commercialization. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with hardware and software engineers to ensure that new materials print seamlessly on existing hardware. You are excited about the opportunity to push the boundaries of what can be achieved with 3D printing technology.

Your hands-on experience in materials science equips you with the skills necessary to design and perform experiments that lead to groundbreaking advancements in 3D printing applications across various industries, including engineering, consumer products, manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct research and develop world-class materials for 3D printing, taking projects from initial lab explorations through to validation and commercialization. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure that both new and existing materials print reliably on our hardware. Your responsibilities will include designing and performing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on material formulations to achieve optimal performance. You will also engage in cross-functional teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the materials science team and the company’s mission to revolutionize how the world creates.
