Who you are
You are part of an existing team of 2-5 engineers, possibly co-founders or individuals impacted by a reduction in force, looking to pivot into a new opportunity. You write exceptional code and deeply care about the quality of your work, understanding the importance of collaboration and teamwork in achieving success. You are eager to contribute to building and shipping AI applications for inaugural customers, ensuring that your team's skills and experiences are leveraged effectively. You thrive in an engineering-first startup culture and are excited about the prospect of shaping the future of AI applications.
What you'll do
As part of your engineering team, you will play a leading role in understanding customer needs and deploying solutions in their environments. You will collaborate closely with Fractional AI's existing teams to ensure that your projects align with the company's mission of transforming businesses through generative AI. Your responsibilities will include participating in interviews as a team, working together on initial projects, and contributing to the engineering culture as the company grows to over 100 engineers. You will have the opportunity to influence the direction of AI projects and help shape the future of the company.
