What you'll do
As the Financial Controller at Fresha, you will report directly to the VP of Finance Operations and play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial reports and insights. Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with the finance team to implement best practices and ensure that all financial activities align with the company's growth strategy. Your ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations will be key to driving the company's success.
