Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the beauty and wellness industry — your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working autonomously, taking initiative to overcome challenges and make a substantial impact on the business. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with overall company goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

As the Head of Sales for Poland, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets. You will oversee both inbound and outbound sales channels, ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
