What you'll do
As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring that their data is accurately migrated into the Fresha Ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with the Professional Services Team Lead, Business Development, and Account Management Teams to deliver a seamless experience for our partners. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound onboarding channels, addressing any questions or concerns that arise, and ensuring that partners are set up for success on our platform.
