What you'll do
In your role as Lead People Development Partner, you will lead the strategy and execution of global onboarding and training initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and HR business partners to align these programs with the organization's business strategy and priorities. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging training solutions that enhance skills and accelerate role readiness for new hires. You will also focus on reinforcing the company culture through these programs, ensuring that every new employee feels welcomed and valued from day one. You will continuously assess and improve the onboarding experience, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to enhance its effectiveness. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training initiatives meet the diverse needs of the organization.
