Overview

Fresha is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business for their beauty and wellness marketplace platform. You'll work closely with the Commercial team to bring in new partners and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, ideally within the beauty and wellness industry, and are passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working autonomously, taking initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with potential partners and effectively convey the value of the Fresha platform. You are results-oriented and motivated by the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven marketplace or SaaS environment would be a plus. Familiarity with the beauty and wellness sector, including an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by local businesses, will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Fresha, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential partners to expand our marketplace platform. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager for South East Asia and the Commercial team to develop and execute strategies that drive new business growth. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify opportunities, reaching out to potential partners, and presenting the benefits of joining the Fresha platform. You will also work on building long-term relationships with partners to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.
