You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing. If you hold an advanced degree, you can qualify with 6 years of experience. Your background includes working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, and you have a strong understanding of Vietnam's digital marketing landscape. You are skilled at persuading senior executives and stakeholders through data-driven storytelling, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. You excel in leading deal negotiations and handling customer objections to close sales and ensure mutual success.
With 10 years of experience partnering with large CPG brands or agencies within the Vietnamese market, you bring a wealth of knowledge about media dynamics and key drivers of decision-making. You apply business acumen to accurately forecast revenue, manage sales pipelines, and adapt strategies to changing market KPIs. Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media drives your commitment to maximizing customer success, and you act like an owner, moving with velocity through change to find innovative and strategic ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.
You build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and crafting data-driven sales pitches that achieve customer objectives and drive revenue. As a cross-functional contact, you resolve issues and influence strategic change while cultivating a strong internal network to identify collaboration opportunities. You are a passionate thought leader in digital technology and innovation, always looking for ways to scale best practices.
What you'll do
