What you'll do

As a Support Specialist at FreshBooks, you will be responsible for providing outstanding phone and email support to our customers. You will work one of our scheduled shifts between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues related to our cloud-based accounting software. Your role will involve actively listening to customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and providing clear and concise solutions.

You will be part of a team that values human-centric connections and strives to create a supportive and flexible workplace. Your contributions will help small business owners navigate their accounting needs more efficiently, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses.
