What you'll do
As a Support Specialist at FreshBooks, you will be responsible for providing top-notch phone and email support to our customers. You will assist them with inquiries related to our cloud-based accounting software, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your role will involve actively listening to customer concerns, diagnosing problems, and providing clear and concise solutions.
You will work one of our scheduled shifts between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance. Your contributions will help maintain FreshBooks' reputation as a leader in customer service within the SaaS industry. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve the overall customer experience.
