What you'll do
In this role, you will lead core HR activities for Fruitist's U.S. employees, managing the onboarding process and lifecycle events. You will work closely with the General Counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring that all employees receive timely and accurate compensation. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values.
You will play a key role in employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Your ability to analyze data and leverage technology will help improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience. You will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for employee development and engagement, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. As a hands-on practitioner, you will be involved in day-to-day operations while also strategizing for the future growth of the HR function.
