Fullscript is hiring a Senior Director of Business Analytics to lead their Analytics organization within Finance. You'll partner closely with various departments to strengthen and scale the analytics function. This role requires significant experience in analytics and leadership.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in business analytics, ideally with a focus on finance, and have successfully led teams in generating actionable insights that drive business performance. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated and acted upon across the organization. You possess a strategic mindset, capable of building frameworks that connect measurement, insight, and execution, and you thrive in environments where you can influence decision-making at the executive level.
You are adept at establishing clear operating models and standards for analytics functions, elevating how insights are generated and communicated. Your experience includes working closely with finance, product, and commercial teams, allowing you to understand the nuances of different departments and how analytics can support their goals. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex data-driven insights in a way that resonates with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in health technology or related industries would be a plus, as would familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt your approach based on the evolving needs of the business. A background in strategic finance or similar roles will enhance your ability to contribute effectively in this position.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Analytics organization within Finance, reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Finance. You will be responsible for strengthening and scaling the analytics function, ensuring that it serves as a core driver of business performance. This includes building durable frameworks that connect measurement, insight, and execution, and ensuring that insights are consistently translated into clear accountability and action across the organization.
You will oversee a team of analytics leaders and their embedded teams, establishing clear operating models and standards that elevate how insights are generated and communicated. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, where insights are not only generated but also acted upon effectively. You will partner closely with various departments, including Finance, Product, and Commercial, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving business objectives.
