Who you are
You are a highly motivated Executive Assistant with over 7 years of experience, ideally in finance or a similarly demanding environment. You possess a bachelor's degree and have a proven track record of managing diverse workloads in fast-paced settings. Your professionalism and discretion are paramount, as you will be handling sensitive information for top executives. You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which you use to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to tailor messaging to different audiences effectively. You demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information, ensuring that all communications and documents are handled with the utmost care. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with teams to ensure seamless operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to Schonfeldβs Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Investment Initiatives Officer. Your responsibilities will include extensive calendar management and scheduling, coordinating daily with multiple internal teams to ensure that all meetings and appointments run smoothly. You will also be responsible for making complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently.
You will manage expense reporting and reconciliation, preparing necessary documentation for the executives. Additionally, you will handle the preparation and logistics for meetings, including printing materials and arranging conference-room technology. Your role will also involve maintaining business contact information and managing personal acknowledgments for birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones.
As part of the New York-based EA/PA team, you will share responsibilities with your colleagues to ensure flawless support for the executives. You will coordinate daily meals and coffee for the executives when they are on-site, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the day. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.
What we offer
Schonfeld offers a competitive salary range of $130,000.00 to $160,000.00, along with other forms of compensation such as performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
