You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in AI go-to-market strategies, having successfully defined and executed GTM programs that drive customer adoption and revenue growth. Your experience includes engaging with strategic customers to translate AI innovations into tangible business outcomes, ensuring that you can connect AI capabilities to ROI and operational impact. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to create clear value propositions and executable sales motions. You possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape and have experience with generative AI use cases in customer settings, which allows you to support executive-level conversations effectively.

Experience in leading high-performing teams and a track record of scaling GTM motions across diverse markets will set you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can influence stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do
In this role, you will design and scale AI go-to-market programs that empower the global sales organization to position and sell Databricks’ AI solutions effectively. You will define standardized plays and enablement assets that support both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Engaging directly with strategic customers, you will help them understand the journey to value creation in the consumption motion, ensuring they see the operational impact of adopting Databricks’ AI capabilities. You will collaborate with sales leadership and operations to ensure that the sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in the market.
You will also be responsible for creating, launching, and scaling AI GTM motions across the Databricks field ecosystem, working in partnership with various teams to ensure alignment and execution. Your role will involve continuous engagement with customers to gather feedback and insights that will inform future GTM strategies. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation as you drive the adoption of AI solutions across all segments and regions.
