Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, with at least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or a related field. You excel in providing strategic advice to senior leadership, helping to shape organizational design and leadership effectiveness. Your ability to navigate complex employee relations matters makes you a trusted advisor within the organization.

You are passionate about youth sports and understand the impact they have on community building. Your experience in a fast-paced environment allows you to adapt quickly and effectively to the evolving needs of the organization. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with executives and senior leaders.

What you'll do

As a Senior HR Business Partner at GameChanger, you will partner with non-technical executives to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will provide thought partnership and coaching to leadership, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions regarding their teams.

You will play a key role in shaping the long-term people strategy, focusing on leadership effectiveness and organizational design. Your responsibilities will include advising on talent management, employee engagement, and performance management processes. You will also navigate complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace for all employees.
