What you'll do

As a Senior HR Business Partner at GameChanger, you will partner with non-technical executives to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will provide thought partnership and coaching to leadership, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions regarding their teams.

You will play a key role in shaping the long-term people strategy, focusing on leadership effectiveness and organizational design.
