Infrastructure Support Intern • Entry-Level

Who you are

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. You have a basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, or a strong interest in learning about them. Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python or PowerShell, is essential. You have an interest in infrastructure automation, DevOps, and cloud technologies, along with a basic understanding of networking and operating systems. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail enable you to thrive in a high-energy, time-sensitive team environment.

What you'll do

As an Infrastructure Support Intern, you will assist with Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform/OpenTofu and CloudFormation. You will support cloud infrastructure projects across AWS and Azure environments, working closely with senior team members and managed service providers to maintain on-premise server infrastructure. Your contributions will include monitoring, alerting, and ensuring the availability of trading systems, as well as participating in backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure documentation efforts. Additionally, you will support physical infrastructure, including audiovisual systems and access control, while assisting with front-office and enterprise infrastructure support initiatives.
