You have a strong background in operations and data management, ideally with experience in investor relations or a similar field. Your attention to detail ensures that all investor-related materials are accurate and delivered on time. You are proficient in using CRM systems, particularly FolioMetrics, and understand the importance of maintaining data integrity. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with team members to support client service and reporting.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively prepare and maintain investor-facing materials, including marketing presentations and internal briefing documents. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable with data analysis and reporting, ensuring that all materials meet the high standards expected by institutional investors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the production and quality control of regular investor reporting, including weekly and monthly materials. You will assist in preparing and maintaining investor-facing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect the firm's strategies and performance. Managing and maintaining investor and prospect data within Garda’s CRM system will be a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and consistent.

You will also support monthly transaction-related processes and documentation in coordination with internal teams, assisting with due diligence materials and data requests as directed by senior Investor Relations team members. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that all investor-related processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall client experience by ensuring that all materials are prepared to the highest standard.
