Who you are

You have a background in operations analysis, ideally within the finance or investment sector, and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to manage and interpret data effectively. Your experience with CRM systems, particularly FolioMetrics, allows you to maintain accurate and consistent investor data, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and reliable. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of quality control in producing investor-facing materials, including reports and presentations.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to support client service and reporting. Your ability to coordinate internal workflows and manage multiple tasks simultaneously makes you an asset to any team. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are comfortable handling ad hoc reporting requests from senior team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the production and timely delivery of regular investor reporting, including weekly and monthly materials. You will assist in preparing and maintaining investor-facing materials, such as marketing presentations and internal briefing documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will also include managing and maintaining investor and prospect data within Garda’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

You will support monthly transaction-related processes and documentation in coordination with internal teams, playing a critical role in the operational execution of the Investor Relations team. Additionally, you will assist with due diligence materials and data requests, providing essential support to senior team members as needed. Your contributions will help ensure that Garda Capital Partners continues to deliver exceptional service to its institutional investors.
