Who you are
You have extensive experience as a Facilities Technician, with a strong background in maintaining and optimizing building infrastructure. Your expertise in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing allows you to ensure the safety and reliability of all facilities. You are proficient in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Maintenance Systems (BMS), which are crucial for monitoring and maintaining operational efficiency. You understand the importance of preventive maintenance and are committed to upholding high standards of safety and performance in all aspects of facility management.
Desirable
Experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment is a plus, as it gives you insight into the specific needs and regulations of the industry. Familiarity with compliance standards and safety protocols in a lab setting will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. What you'll do
