What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, ensuring successful talent acquisition for open positions across US sites. You will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help create job descriptions that attract the right talent. You will also participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance GenScript's reputation as an employer of choice. Your responsibilities will include maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics to improve processes. You will gain hands-on experience in various recruitment strategies and tools, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.
