What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct high-volume recruitment activities for the ProBio CDMO business at GenScript. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve occasional travel to the Piscataway site to support recruitment efforts and engage with candidates in person. You will work onsite four days a week in Pennington, NJ, with one work-from-home day typically on Fridays.

GenScript offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
