What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Community at Alma, you will architect the engagement ecosystem for our national network of mental health providers — your role will involve defining the annual vision and strategy for community engagement, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will lead a high-performing team, guiding them in creating meaningful interactions that enhance the experience of our therapists.

You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Product Marketing to position Alma as a leader in modern community engagement — this includes developing initiatives that support therapist growth and sustainability. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing community programs, measuring engagement metrics, and iterating on strategies to improve member satisfaction.
