What you'll do
As a Watch Officer, you will be a core member of The Bridge in our centralized Operations Control Center. Your primary responsibility will be to provide 24x7 oversight of Cruise Autonomous Vehicle operations. You will monitor the fleet for any potential issues or disruptions and escalate them appropriately to ensure a swift response. You will collaborate with various operations team members, using technology and intelligence to coordinate efforts effectively.
You will be responsible for maintaining situational awareness of all operational activities and ensuring that the fleet operates safely and efficiently. Your role will involve using various tools to track vehicle performance and respond to incidents as they arise. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about autonomous vehicle technology and operations.
