What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations at the Fulfillment Center in Cranbourne. You will lead a team of Area Managers, guiding them in their roles and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your responsibilities will include planning schedules and activities that align with business goals while considering the needs of your team. You will coordinate various process improvement projects aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated. You will also be involved in defining process flows and shaping standard work routines as the operations scale up, contributing to the overall success of the Fulfillment Center. You will report directly to the Site Lead and collaborate closely with other leaders to drive operational excellence.
