What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices and contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Your role will require you to handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. You may also work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, preparing quality beverages and food menu items as needed.
