Who you are
You have at least 5 years of experience in banking, financial outsourcing companies, or financial institutions β you've navigated complex regulatory environments and understand the importance of compliance in the financial sector. You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or have a bank education with appropriate further qualifications. Your knowledge of financial and banking legislation is strong, and you are fluent in German, which is essential for this role.
You are detail-oriented and committed to precision β you understand that regulatory reporting is not just about numbers but about ensuring the integrity of financial practices. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is key, as you will represent the Reporting Team in various alignments within the organization. You are adaptable and can implement new reporting processes as required due to regulatory changes or product launches.
What you'll do
As the Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will ensure flawless and timely reporting processes for N26 Bank and Group. You will take care of the plausibility check, control, and documentation of the regulatory reporting process, ensuring compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Your role will involve enhancing the Reporting function for effectiveness, which may include automating processes to improve efficiency.
You will be responsible for statistical and financial regulatory reports, which means you will need to stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt reporting processes accordingly. Your work will have a significant impact on the organization, as you will help navigate the complexities of multiple authorities with dedication and adaptability. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the reporting aligns with the company's strategic goals.
