You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

As a Product Design Manager at GitLab, you will own the delivery of UX commitments for the Platforms & Plan stage. You will lead a team of designers, guiding them in creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of our diverse user base. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and iterating on designs to ensure continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and ensure that the user experience is seamlessly integrated into the development process. Your leadership will foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and approaches.
